By registering for, participating in, or otherwise using the services, programs, website, or facilities of Sideout HQ ("the League," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Participant," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are registering on behalf of a minor (under 18), you agree to these Terms on their behalf as their parent or legal guardian.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not participate in League activities or use our services.

The League reserves the right to take disciplinary action against any individual who violates the code of conduct, including but not limited to warnings, suspension, or permanent expulsion from the League without refund.
Participation in League activities involves inherent risks of physical injury. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Full details regarding assumption of risk, release of liability, indemnification, and medical authorization are set forth in the League's Liability Waiver and Release of Claims, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
All content, logos, trademarks, team names, graphics, and materials associated with the League are the property of Sideout HQ or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any League intellectual property without prior written consent.
If you use the League's website or online services:
Your personal information is collected, used, and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
We use product analytics tools (PostHog) to understand how the platform is used and to improve features. Analytics tracking is subject to your cookie preferences — you can accept or reject analytics cookies via the consent banner displayed on the site.
We also use Vercel Analytics for aggregate performance monitoring (page load times, Web Vitals). This service is cookieless, collects no personal data, and operates independently of your cookie preferences.
By registering with the League, you consent to receive communications from the League via email, text message, phone, or other methods regarding schedules, updates, announcements, and other League-related information. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by contacting the League.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your participation in League activities shall be resolved as follows:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the League, its officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in League activities or use of our services, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.
The League's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of registration fees paid by you for the current season.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the League and its officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your participation in League activities, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
The League reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued participation in League activities or use of our services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable state jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
These Terms, together with the Liability Waiver and Release of Claims and the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the League regarding your participation in League activities and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
